ich sponsere dem Forum eine Frischölanalyse des Öladditivs XADO Verylube Metal Conditioner Turbo und liefere die Auswertung und Gebrauchtölanalysen vor Zugabe und nach 5000 Km Einsatz (von 188.363 Km bis 193.370 Km) gleich mit.
Da Spektroskopie bei mir ein Schwerpunkt im lange zurückliegenden Studium war, wurden in der letzten Zeit alte Unterlagen vom Staub befreit. In den Anhängen habe ich dargestellt wie mein Vorgehen bei der Auswertung des Additiv-Infrarotspektrums war.
Das Additiv kam bei mir von 1/21 bis 3/21 für 5000 Km zum Einsatz. Meine Erfahrung: Das abrupte Stehenbleiben des Motors (Diesel) wenn er abgestellt wird, gibt es praktisch nicht mehr. Der Motor läuft gleichmäßig aus. Es fiel mir erst gar nicht auf, da ich nicht darauf geachtet habe, weil ich damit nicht rechnete. Die Erfahrung ist aber objektiv und nicht subjektiv. Anscheinend wird vom Additiv der Übergang von Gleitreibung zur Haftreibung modifiziert. Es wird nach dem aktuellen Ölwechsel weiter verwendet.
Entsprechend dem Hersteller XADO besteht das Additiv aus C60 Fullerenen. Es werden 125 ml Additiv auf 4 Liter Motoröl zugegeben. Die Wirkungsweise soll ähnlich sein wie bei anderen im Öl gelösten Nanopartikeln auch: Die runden Fullerene wirken als rollende Schicht zwischen den reibenden Teilen und sollen Reibung und Verschleiß vermindern.
Das Additiv wurde neu gekauft. Es war bisher ungeöffnet und wurde unverdünnt zur Analyse geschickt. Die Ascii-Datei des Infrarotspektrums ist im Anhang.
Als Ergebnis kam heraus, das das Additiv im wesentlichen besteht aus:
- ca. 5 % C60-Fulleren.
- ca. 5 % Gemisch aus Linearen Alphaolefinen (LAO).
- ca. 90 % AN.
Im Anhang sind neben der Auswertung noch einige Bilder, außerdem habe ich mal dargestellt, was das Spektrometer als Signal "sieht".
