So es gibt von mir auch mal wieder ein Update. Weitere Ölanalyse anbei. Soweit alles gut.
Da ich Anfang August den Wandler tauschen musste und dafür die Ölwanne ab musste, habe ich die Lagerschalen gleich mit getauscht.
Es waren dann effektiv King Lagerschalen verbaut. Hier mal ein Bild von den Schalen. Für nicht mal 10.000km sehen die m.M. nach doch ziemlich verschlissen aus.
King Bearings sagt dazu:
Our SV rod bearings have two layer coating;
The first layer is silver.
The top layer is babbitt having only 5 micron (0.2 thou) thickness.
Local wear of the top layer and exposure of silver underlay is not a failure.
The bearings are in work condition.
The observed scratches over the entire bearing surface may be produced either by the shaft under insufficient lubrication or by abrasive particles in the oil.
That oil clearance 0.00135 seems too small for the relatively viscous oil 15W50.
Bin im Nachgang dann von 15W50 auf 5W50 umgestiegen. Immer 300V Competition
