Der Schmierstoff als Konstruktionselement
Die Forschungsvereinigung Antriebstechnik (FVA) lädt zum diesjährigen Internationaler Tribologie- und Schmierstoffkongress Getlub nach Hamburg ein. Schwerpunkte werden unter anderem der Schmierstoffeinfluss bei Fertigung, Schmierstoffentwicklung und die Schmierstoffüberwachung sein.
Bereits zum fünften Mal veranstaltet die Forschungsvereinigung Antriebstechnik (FVA) den internationalen Tribologie- und Schmierstoffkongress Getlub. Er findet in diesem Jahr vom 6. bis 7. November im Hyperion Hotel in Hamburg statt.
Auch die Schmierstoffbranche ist vom Wandel hin zur Elektromobilität betroffen. Deshalb wird in diesem Jahr neben anderen wichtigen Schwerpunkten das Trendthema Elektromobilität in einer eigenen Session betrachtet. Dazu ist der Keynote-Speaker Dr. Wolfgang Warnecke, Chief Scientist Shell International, bei der Shell Global Solutions Deutschland GmbH eingeladen. „Der Automobilantrieb befindet sich im Wandel und stellt auch die Schmierstoffbranche vor neue Herausforderungen und erfordert neue Lösungen“ erklärt er. Der Getlub-Kongress biete deshalb eine hervorragende Networking-Plattform für den direkten Austausch mit den führenden Experten aus Forschung und Entwicklung, Konstruktion, Betrieb und Service und präsentiere die neuesten Forschungsergebnisse und Trends aus Wissenschaft und Industrie.
Der Schmierstoff als Konstruktionselement
Überall wo Kräfte in einem Antriebsstrang übertragen werden, gibt es Verluste durch Reibung und Verschleiß. Ob im Automobilbau, im Maschinenbau oder in der Antriebstechnik: Für den wirtschaftlichen Betrieb ist eine hohe Effizienz und Nachhaltigkeit von großer Wichtigkeit. Nur die Auswahl des richtigen Schmierstoffs beziehungsweise die Entwicklung optimierter Schmierstoffe, zusammen mit den richtigen Schmierungskonzepten, sorgen für einen reibungsarmen und schadensfreien Betrieb. Diese integrierte Welt der optimierten Schmierung von Antriebssträngen mit allen beteiligten Komponenten steht im Fokus des Kongresses.
Ziel ist es außerdem, den direkten Austausch zwischen Forschung und Industrie zu ermöglichen. Ingenieuren und Technikern aus Forschung und Entwicklung, Konstruktion, Betrieb und Service bietet der Kongress eine Networking-Plattform für den Wissens- und Erfahrungsaustausch mit anderen Experten.In den einzelnen Fachvorträgen des anwendungsorientierten Kongresses kommen sowohl Hersteller von Schmierstoffen und Getrieben zu Wort, als auch Anwender die über eigene praktische Erfahrungen berichten.
Die Themen des 5. Getlub-Kongresses:
- Schmierstoffeinfluss bei Fertigung und Betrieb
- Schmierung von Getriebeanwendungen
- Elektromobilität
- Schmierstoffüberwachung/Spezifikationen und Richtlinien
- Schmierung und Schmierstoffentwicklung
Der Kongress begibt sich 2018 erstmalig auf internationales Parkett und lädt Experten aus aller Welt zum Dialog, Wissensaustausch und Networking ein. Die Teilnahmegebühr beträgt 1345 beziehungsweise 995 Euro zzgl. Mwst.(eintägig), FVA/VDMA-Mitglieder erhalten eine Vergünstigung.
